Dr. Sunil has published three books and over 120 articles, book chapters, cases and notes on topics on business and digital transformation. His research has been well recognized and his articles have won several national and international awards.
His current research is in the area of digital technology and its impact on consumer behavior and firm strategy. Sunil serves on the board of US Foods, and as an advisor to several startup firms. As a business expert, he has appeared on several national and international television programs, and has been quoted in various business publications.
In this session, he will be speaking on the topic of Digital Transformation and its impact on customer experiences and journeys.

Dr. Kane’s research explores the role of digital technologies in business strategy, organizational culture, and talent development. He has worked with companies such as Walmart, MetLife, Allstate, Caterpillar, Liberty Mutual, Partners Healthcare, among others to help executive teams understand and respond to digital disruption. He has published over 100 papers, articles, and reports on topics of digital disruption.
Dr. Kane’s research has appeared in academic journals asMIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Organization Science, Management Science, Marketing Science, Harvard Business Review, and MIT-Sloan Management Review,among others.
