Ashok Chawla, Chairperson, Competition Commission of India (CCI) is a distinguished civil servant with 40 years of experience in various sectors of the economy at Federal and State Government in India as well as at International Multilateral Agencies. He obtained his Masters in Economics from Delhi School of Economics in 1972 and joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1973. He was a Member of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority. He was the Permanent Secretary in key ministries of Government of India such as Finance, Economic Affairs and Civil Aviation. He was member on the board of Reserve Bank of India, the country's central bank. He was also alternate Governor for India at the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. He not only worked in senior positions in the federal government ministries but also held top appointments in the corporate sector, including as Chairman & Managing Director of Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited and Director of Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited. In view of his rich and diversified experience, after his retirement from civil service, he was appointed as Chairperson, CCI with tenure up to January, 2016.
COO, Sistema Shyam, Rajasthan Circle
Mr. Ashish Bhatia started his career as a production engineer in India Power Corporation Limited, where he worked for nearly two years. He then took a break to pursue an MBA in marketing from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. Post that, he joined Castrol India, where he worked for seven years in various sales and marketing roles across the country. He then moved to Shell India as regional sales manager, south and east. He began his telecom innings with Tata Teleservices Limited, where he spent a challenging five years before moving to Sistema ShyamTeleServices Limited (SSTL). Today, as chief operating officer of the Rajasthan circle, he is responsible for building its customer service channel and promoting the brand.
Senior Vice President, Bharti Walmart
Mr. Hardeep Singh, an alumnus of SPJIMR is the Senior Vice President of Logistics and Supply Chain at Bharti Walmart. With over 19 years of work experience, Mr.Singh brings to the table his experience in managing logistics and SCM in India. Mr. Singh has worked in companies such as Asian Paints, HLL, Unilever and Inlogistics. At Unilever, Mr. Singh worked as as the Regional Category Planning Director. Prior to joining Bharti Walmart, Mr. Singh served as the CEO of Inlogistics, India's first private container cargo train operator.

Mr. Sandip is a serial entrepreneur and has been in the Technology, Telecom and Outsourcing industry for the over 25 years. He started his career at UB Group, India's premier conglomerate. In early 2001 Mr. Sandip founded Customer First, India's leading CRM service delivery organization and migrated several Fortune 500 Programs into India in the Telecom, Banking, Retail, Hospitality and Technology segments. From less than USD 60 million revenues, his determination and deft marketing skills has transformed Aegis into a USD 1 billion company with over 56, 000 employees from 85 nationalities. Under his leadership Aegis build the global business in countries like India, the US, South Africa, Australia, Philippines, and the UK, and has added blue chip clients to the Aegis stable. Mr. Sandip is currently the Global CEO of Aegis Limited. He also sits on several boards of its subsidiaries and is a member of the Global Executive Committee of the Group.

Mr. Y. Sudhir Kumar Shetty, COO – Global Operations, UAE Exchange, is a leading figure in the field of finance and global remittance. Mr. Ajoy Chawla is a Mechanical Engineer from VJTI – Mumbai and a post graduate from IIM - Calcutta. He joined the Tata Administrative Services in 1990 and has been with Titan Industries since 1991. He has over 20 years experience with Titan Industries, across geographies and businesses, covering Sales, Distribution, Retail and Business. He has held many senior portfolios in the company's business and now is the Chief Strategy Officer of Titan Industries Ltd.
Mr. Nagarajan Sivaramakrishnan, completed his dairy science and technology degree from the College of Dairy Science, Anand in 1984 and went on to do his post graduate diploma at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He then worked at Cadbury India as a Branch Manager for close to 8 years. Mr. Nagarajan then went on to the sales sector of Fritolay India and then Joyco India. He completed his 8 year association with Philips Electronics India Ltd. as the vice president of the HR department. In 2010, he went back to his original passion and interest - the dairy industry and joined Mother Dairy Fruits & Vegetables Private Limited as its Managing Director.

Mr. Singh, is currently serving as the Head Supply Chain, Tata Steel Global Wires- India. He has around 8 years of work experience with Tata Steel in various divisions. Prior to Tata Steel he served as the Chief – Operations, Lanka Special Steel. Mr.Singh attended the management development program at IIM Ahmedabad. He is a gradute of College of Engineering, Pune and has also attended Marketing and Sales program at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
Anjan Jyoti Goswami is a 2nd Year PGP student at IIM Udaipur with 23 months' Work Experience and is planning to make a career in finance. He believes that hard work, discipline and kind heart will help you succeed in all your ambitions. He is an avid reader of novels and loves travelling. At this year's Leadership summit, he is moderating the panel discussion on: 'Indian Economy: Shift in focal point from urban to rural', and hopes that the student community will gain valuable insights into the huge Indian rural market and the best way to tap it, for the development of the country.
Vinay Tejasvi Y is a 2nd Year PGP student at IIM Udaipur having 23 months' Work Experience with Infosys.
