Prof. Anirban Adhikary, Faculty, Operations Management, Quantitative Methods and Information Systems, recently co-authored a paper, "How does the adoption of digital payment technologies influence unorganized retailers’ performance? An investigation in an emerging market". The paper has been accepted in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science (JAMS) which is one of the top Marketing journals globally.
