More Awards for PGPX Students at Purdue


PGPX students recently completed their semester at Purdue University in the US and once again have achieved stellar results. PGPX is a joint dual degree program between IIMU and the Krannert School of Management at Purdue in the United States. PGPX students receive an M.S. GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management) from Purdue and a Post Graduate Diploma for Executives with a specialization in GSCM from IIMU.

Shamik Biswas received the coveted Krannert Scholar Award given to students in the top 5% across all Master's programs. Shamik is the first IIMU student to achieve this distinction while at Purdue.

Three PGPX students – Anuradha Kalia, Ayush Jhawar and Shamik Biswas – were awarded membership in Beta Sigma Gamma in recognition of their high scholastic performance (top 20%). Beta Gamma Sigma is the international honor society that recognizes the most outstanding students of business at institutions accredited by AACSB International -- The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.

Beta Gamma Sigma has chapters at 365 different colleges and universities globally and is the highest recognition a business student can receive in programs accredited by AACSB.
