IIM Udaipur prides itself on the students' diversity that it attracts to its post-graduate programs and who, in turn, choose to call it their home. A high academic potential is essential but not enough. What matters is a willingness to unlearn and relearn, to delve deep within and without. We expect our students to bring an acute passion for growing – demanding more from themselves, their classmates, and the Institute. We believe that just as an institute shapes its students' future, the same way each successive batch shapes and evolves the campus's culture.
IIMU has a student-written constitution in place, as well as an honor code and values-driven student self-government.
The rigor and high standards from inside the classroom are carried to all campus activities and community life outside the classroom. Both academically and in a rich choice of extra-curricular options, the spectrum of experience that IIMU offers its students ranges from the rural to the global. Myriad clubs and committees encourage students to explore nature, culture, sports, art, and adventure with no limit but curiosity and enthusiasm.
Every student has an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, and this is the motivation we offer them – to transform not just their own lives but by helping build the fabric of the Institute, to help transform the lives of many others.
