Prof. Ali holds Charles and Nancy Davidson Chair in Accounting at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, the University of Texas at Dallas and is one of the foremost research scholars in the field of Accounting. His research examines the role of financial accounting information in the capital markets, and he has published extensively in top Accounting and Finance journals.
