IIM Udaipur proudly presents the fourth edition of its annual HR Conclave: Spandan 2016 on 18 th June 2016. Through the Conclave IIM Udaipur strives to provide an opportunity to future managers and leaders to take inspiration from industry stalwarts.

The event is a completely student driven initiative of IIM Udaipur which aims to bridge the gap between the corporate and academics and to give a common platform where exchange of knowledge and insights is facilitated. The objective of this conclave is to provide a platform for HR leaders around the world to share their knowledge and experiences in this ever- changing field and guide the students of this institute to tackle any issues regarding human resources. 

Carrying forward the legacy from the last year's HR Conclave, which revolved around the central umbrella theme, "Connect", this year's conclave was conceptualized for the purpose of deliberating on the ever evolving challenges of the HR function.

This year's event will have panel discussions on two broad themes:

• Situation of HR professionals: between the devil and the deep sea
• Importance of HR in bridging the gap between the Gen-X and Gen-Y

The event will see stalwarts from the top firms of India sharing their knowledge and views regarding transformation in the industry due to innovation and HR strategy. The corporate leaders who will be participating in these discussions in Spandan 2016 are:
