The Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU) celebrated the 77th Independence Day of India on Tuesday with a blend of solemnity and fervour.
The day commenced with the hoisting of the national flag by Director Prof Ashok Banerjee, accompanied by the resonating strains of the national anthem.
Adding a touch of creativity and artistry to the celebration, a newly constructed fountain adorned with the IIMU Logo was unveiled, symbolising the institute's commitment to progress and innovation.
Recognising and encouraging young talent, prizes were bestowed upon the triumphant participants of the Drawing competition, which took place on Friday, August 11, 2023.
A collective determination to promote environmental sustainability and eco-friendliness echoed as a pledge was undertaken to transform IIM Udaipur into a green campus within a year. This commitment underlines the institute's dedication to contributing positively to the environment.
