The event aims to help entrepreneurs transform their innovative ideas into working business models and for existing start-ups to develop their prototype and conduct market testing. This is achieved by a six-week mentorship program in which participant teams are entrusted with a network of distinguished experts in the field of business to refine the ideas. Teams will then get an opportunity to pitch their nurtured business models in front of an investor-cum-judges panel - a unique networking and potential funding opportunity.
Mentorship starts from December 15, 2019, and concludes with a 2-day startup conclave on Feb 8-9, 2020.
Prarambh 19 had garnered enthusiastic participation from top B-schools & existing start-ups all over the country. 150+ teams had registered for the event with their promising, potential-bearing ideas. Out of these, 33 had a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). These ideas come from various domains, i.e., technology, app, social, education, environment, health, agriculture, and food.
Prarambh 19 provided mentorship for six weeks to the teams and nurtured their ideas to fruition. The continuous evaluation, along with mentorship, has bought shape to their ideas. We also connected them to investors and helped them to get the required funding to launch their startup journey.
