Program for Senior Executives of Orion Group
The University of St. Gallen, a prominent Swiss institute, has organized a program for senior executives of Orion Group, a globally operating developer of pharmaceuticals and diagnostic tests based in Finland. The program takes place at IIM Udaipur’s new Balicha campus from February 13th to 16th, 2017.The program consists of a business case assignment titled “Uncertainty Adventure”. It provides Orion’s executives with a hands-on experience of a high-level VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) and lets them discover what kind of leadership and performance management changes might be required when the VUCA level in their business environment changes in the future.The program was designed by Prof. Roger Moser, Assistant Professor of International Management at University of St. Gallen and Adjunct Faculty in Business Policy and Strategy at IIM Udaipur, along with three of his associates.
