Established in 2011, IIM Udaipur (IIMU) has already achieved Global Rankings and Accreditation that have put it alongside or ahead of many B-Schools established much earlier. IIMU is only the 2nd IIM to be in FT Global Top100 MIM Rankings continuously for last 3 years, 1 of 7 IIMs in QS 2022 World University !51+ Rankings, besides being the youngest in Asia and the youngest in the World in these, respectively. IIMU also was the youngest IIM and only the 4th in India to be awarded the prestigious AACSB Accreditation that only 5% B-Schools hold worldwide. In India, IIMU also ranks 4th in Research.

With a view to meet its placements objectives, IIM Udaipur is looking out for Assistant Manager/Associate Manager to strengthen its Corporate Relations Team

4	Educational and other qualifications	The candidate should hold full-time Post Graduate in Management from a reputed Management Institute The candidate should have good communication skills (both written & verbal), interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point) and other computer related tasks is essential.
5	Key Internal & External Customers	Placement Office, Student Placement Team & Corporates.
6	Experience	Minimum 4+ years of Prior experience in handling placements of leading business schools preferred.
7	Major Duties and Responsibilities	Building new relationships with Corporates and strengthening the existing ones. Completion of Placements within the stipulated time period. Guiding the relevant student team on negotiation and coordination for Summer Internships as well as Final Placements for students of programs / sectors / geographies as may be assigned. Training, orienting the relevant student team, conducting regular meetings and periodic reviews. Effective coordination and teamwork with other Corporate Relations Team Members Keeping the student team motivated and supporting them on planning, execution and implementation of the various placement strategies. Regular corporate visits across locations. Sharing Feedback to the back-end team for maintaining the consistency and accuracy on Placement data. Ensuring YOY increase in the Median, Average and Highest compensation offered in the campus. Farming and hunting of regular and new clients across domains and industry.
