A foreign national holding a passport other than India will be treated as a “Foreign National” and can apply under the International Applicant category.
or
An Indian national passport holder will be treated as an “Overseas Candidate” and can apply under international category only if the candidate has resided outside India for a minimum of 18 months in the last 36 months.
The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (at least a three-year program after 10+2 or equivalent), with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA), also referred to as Grade Point Average (GPA) in some cases, awarded by a University/College/Institute of Higher Learning/Tertiary Institute in India or abroad. For candidates holding foreign degrees, the equivalence of the foreign degree needs to be certified by the Association of Indian Universities (https://www.aiu.ac.in/).
IIMU would calculate the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the Bach+elor's degree based on the practice followed by the university/institution from which the candidate received the degree. If the university/institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate's CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result by 100.
Candidates appearing for the final year of the Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination as well as those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the program only if they submit a certificate from the Principal/Registrar of their university/college/Institute at the time of joining. Such certificate should state that the candidate has completed all the requirements for obtaining a Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification on the date of the issue of the certificate. The deadline for submitting the mark-sheet and the certificate would be December 31st of the year of enrolment in the program. Non-fulfillment of this condition will automatically result in the cancellation of the provisional admission.
After receiving the offer of admission from the Institute, the candidates will mandatorily need to share their official GMAT (10th Edition)/GMAT (Focus Edition)/GRE scorecards through http://mba.com/ or Educational Testing Service (ETS), as applicable. Please note the following:
You are required to submit the following documents for application:
The final selection of candidates depends on multiple criteria such as GMAT/GRE score, performance in the personal interview, academic profile, relevance and quality of work experience, and overall suitability for admission to the two-year MBA. The admissions offer made to candidates needs to confirm their acceptance by completing all the formalities. Some candidates may also be placed on the waiting list initially. Offers to candidates on the waiting list would depend upon the number of successful candidates accepting the offer made by IIMU.
Any dispute concerning admissions to the MBA Batch 2025-27 would be subject to jurisdiction of the competent courts within the territorial jurisdiction of the city of Udaipur.
